A vibrant, tart cider with a golden hazy hue made from yellow maracuja passion fruit blended into our dry apple cider. Dry.

Fermented cold and aged for 6 months, a 50/50 blend of pinot grapes and cider apples. Dry Rose Cider, notes of garden fruit, 80 cases made. 8.7% abv

ARANCIA - 750ml - cider ripasso with Gewürztraminer skin contact

One year aged, re-ignited with Gewürztraminer skin contact. Dry , with floral notes & orange zest. 45 cases made. 7.9% abv
